At home
Clean it in five minutes
- Mix warm water with a drop of mild soap.
- Soak your ring for 10 minutes.
- Brush gently under the diamond with a soft toothbrush.
- Rinse under clean running water.
- Pat dry with a lint-free cloth.
Once a week keeps the sparkle at its best.
-
Put it on last
Apply lotion, perfume and hairspray first. They dull the diamond.
-
Take it off for sport
Gym, gardening and heavy lifting can bend claws or scratch metal.
-
Avoid chlorine
Remove your ring before pools, hot tubs and cleaning products.
-
Check the claws
If the diamond moves or catches on fabric, contact us right away.

Storage
Store it on its own
Diamonds can scratch other jewellery, and even each other. Keep your ring in its own soft pouch or a lined compartment, away from other pieces.
Travelling? Pack it in its box, never loose in a bag.

Frequently asked questions
How often should I clean my ring?
A quick clean once a week at home keeps it sparkling. For a deep clean and claw check, contact us once a year.
Can I wear my ring every day?
Yes. Diamonds are the hardest natural material. Just take your ring off for sport, heavy work and swimming.
Can I use an ultrasonic cleaner?
Solitaires are usually fine, but pavé and micro-set rings are best cleaned with warm soapy water or by a professional.
Will my ring scratch?
All precious metals develop fine marks over time. They can always be polished away to restore a like-new shine.
