Yes. Like mined diamonds, lab-grown diamonds are made of pure carbon and share the same crystal structure, hardness and fire. The only difference is their origin: they are grown under controlled conditions in a laboratory rather than deep within the earth.

We use only lab-grown diamonds in colour D – the highest colour grade – with clarity from VVS to VS1. Every stone sparkles colourless and brilliant, even on close inspection.

Diamonds over 0.5 carat come with a certificate from the International Gemological Institute (IGI). It independently documents the carat weight, colour, clarity and cut of your stone.

Our pieces are crafted in 10K, 14K and 18K gold as well as 950 platinum. You can see which metals are available for your chosen design directly on the product page.

Alongside the classic round brilliant, you will find oval, emerald, pear, cushion, radiant, princess and Dutch Marquise shapes. If you have a particular shape in mind, we are happy to advise you personally.

Lab-grown diamonds cost considerably less than comparable mined diamonds, so they should not be seen as a financial investment. Their true value lies in their beauty, their traceable origin and the meaning your piece holds for you.

Clean your jewellery regularly with lukewarm water, a little mild soap and a soft brush, then dry it with a lint-free cloth. Take it off for sport, gardening and whenever it might come into contact with chemicals. You will find more tips in our ring care guide.

Yes. Every BEUSÉA piece is handcrafted by experienced goldsmiths only once you have placed your order. The result is a piece made precisely to your wishes in metal, size and diamond – never mass-produced.

Production of your piece takes about 3–4 weeks. After production, it reaches you within 1–2 days in Germany. Elaborate bespoke designs may take a little longer – in that case we agree the exact timeline with you in advance.

Absolutely. With our bespoke service we bring your idea to life together with you – from choosing the diamond to the finished setting. Simply message us on WhatsApp or by email and Felix will advise you personally.

Every piece passes several quality checks – after casting, after the stones are set, after polishing and in a final inspection. Only when every detail is right does it begin its journey to you.

Our ring size guide explains step by step how to determine your size reliably. If you are unsure – for example when planning a surprise proposal – our team will gladly help you personally.

One resizing is included free of charge. Simply get in touch and we will discuss the next steps with you.

Shipping is complimentary – within Germany as well as internationally. For international deliveries we also cover the customs clearance costs.

Every piece is made for you. Production takes about 3–4 weeks. After production, your order is delivered within 1–2 days in Germany and within 5–7 days internationally. You will find all the details under Shipping & Payment.

Yes, every parcel is insured until it is handed over to you. As soon as your piece is on its way, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking by email.

We deliver worldwide. If you have any questions about delivery to your country, we are happy to help you personally.

Yes, you can enter a different delivery address at checkout – ideal if your piece is a gift.

You can pay by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay or Klarna. Depending on your country, EPS, Bancontact, BLIK or MobilePay are also available – you will see every option at checkout.

Yes, with Klarna you can pay flexibly – for example later or in instalments – depending on availability in your country. The applicable terms are shown directly at checkout.

If you pay by credit card, your account is charged when the contract is concluded. For all other payment methods, the terms of the respective payment provider apply.

Yes, all prices include statutory VAT. There are no shipping costs for you.

Yes. Our checkout is fully SSL-encrypted and your payment details are processed directly by the respective payment provider – they are never stored by us.

Yes. You have 30 days from receipt to return your piece without giving any reason – whether it was in stock or made to order for you. The return is free of charge. You will find all the details in our right of withdrawal.

Yes. Every ring we make for you – including engagement rings, wedding rings and made-to-order pieces – can be returned within 30 days of receipt, free of charge. One resizing is also included free of charge.

Let us know your decision with a clear statement by email to info@beusea.com or by letter. You may use our model withdrawal form, but you don't have to. We will then send you a return label.

We refund the amount without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving your withdrawal, using the same payment method you used for your purchase. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof of return.

The quickest way is to return the item and place a new order for the piece you would like. For rings, one resizing is also included free of charge.

Please check your delivery on receipt and contact us straight away if anything is damaged or you have received the wrong item. Your statutory warranty rights of course apply.
