Right of Withdrawal

A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business or profession.

01Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 30 days without giving any reason. This also applies to made-to-order pieces such as engagement rings and wedding rings.

The withdrawal period is 30 days from the day

• on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods, if you ordered one or more goods as part of a single order and these are delivered together, or
• on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the last item, if you ordered several goods as part of a single order and these are delivered separately.

02How to withdraw

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (B&S Diamanten GbR (BEUSÉA), Am Burgwall 15, 31177 Harsum, Germany, email: info@beusea.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but this is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notice of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

03Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we received notice of your withdrawal from this contract.

We will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged any fees for this refund.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 30 days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period has expired. We bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

04Exclusion or early expiry of the right of withdrawal

Voluntarily and beyond the statutory rules, we also grant you the right of withdrawal for goods that are not prefabricated and for whose production your individual selection or specification is decisive (e.g. engagement rings, wedding rings and bespoke pieces).

The right of withdrawal expires early for contracts

• for the supply of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene, if their seal has been removed after delivery;
• for the supply of goods if, after delivery, they have been inseparably mixed with other goods due to their nature.
