A luxury design house

Made for one person, never for a shelf

BEUSÉA is a jewellery design house, not a factory. We do not keep rows of identical rings in a warehouse, and we never mass-produce. Every piece begins the moment you order it: your design, your diamond, your metal and your exact size.

From that moment, your ring travels from bench to bench through the hands of the people who have spent years perfecting a single craft. It is slower than mass production, and that is exactly the point.

Our production house

One hundred specialists under one roof

Around one hundred people work in our production house, each a specialist in one discipline: designers and CAD modellers, casters, goldsmiths, stone setters, polishers, engravers and quality inspectors.

Keeping every step under one roof means nothing is outsourced and nothing is rushed. The goldsmith who shapes your ring can walk over to the setter who will hold your diamond, and every question is answered at the bench, not by email.

Eight steps to your ring

    1. Design

Every ring starts as a drawing. Our designers refine proportions by hand until the ring feels balanced from every angle.

  • Watercolour illustration of a 3D CAD ring model on a screen

    2. CAD model

The design becomes a precise 3D model, built around the exact measurements of your diamond and your finger size.

    3. Wax model

A high-resolution wax print of your ring is checked by hand before it becomes the mould for casting.

    4. Casting

Your chosen 10K, 14K or 18K gold or 950 platinum is melted and vacuum-cast, giving a dense, strong metal without air pockets.

    5. Goldsmithing

A goldsmith files, shapes and assembles the ring by hand, refining every edge and fitting the head to the band.

    6. Stone setting

Under the microscope, a setter seats your diamond and pushes every claw by hand, for a hold that is secure yet lets in the most light.

  • Watercolour illustration of a ring being polished

    7. Polishing

Every surface, including the inside of the band and the hidden gallery, is polished in stages to a flawless mirror finish.

  • Watercolour illustration of a finished ring inspected under a magnifier

    8. Final inspection

A dedicated inspector who did not make the ring checks the finished ring under magnification before it is approved to leave our house.

Uncompromising standards

Checked, and checked again

Quality is not a single step at the end. Your ring is inspected after casting, after setting and after polishing, and then once more in a final inspection when everything is finished. Only when every point is right does it receive approval:

  • Every claw is secure and evenly shaped
  • The diamond sits level, centred and matches its IGI certificate
  • Size, metal and hallmark are exactly as ordered
  • The polish is flawless, inside and out

If anything is not perfect, the ring goes back to the bench. We would rather take a little longer than send you something less than excellent.

Our standards

  • Made to order

Never mass-produced. Every ring is made after you order it.

  • IGI certified diamonds

    Lab-grown, D colour, VVS–VS1 clarity.

  • Hallmarked metals

    Stamped 417, 585, 750 or 950.

  • Multi-stage quality control

Inspected at every stage and checked again before shipping.

The final step

Ready to be given

Once approved, your ring is cleaned one last time and placed in its BEUSÉA box together with its IGI certificate and your warranty. It is shipped securely and tracked all the way to your door.

Every ring includes a one-year warranty and one complimentary resizing by up to one size. Eternity rings are exchanged instead of resized.

Frequently asked questions

Is every ring made to order?

Yes, always. We never mass-produce and keep no ready-made rings in stock. Your ring is only started once you order, and it is crafted in your exact size, your chosen metal and with your certified diamond.

Who makes my ring?

Our own team of around one hundred specialists, all under one roof. Designers and CAD modellers shape the idea, casters and goldsmiths build the ring, and setters, polishers and quality inspectors bring it to perfection.

How is quality checked?

Your ring is inspected after casting, after setting and after polishing, and once more in a final inspection. We check every claw, the position of the diamond against its IGI certificate, the size, the hallmark and the polish. If anything is not perfect, it goes back to the bench.

Can I change a design?

Yes. Small changes, such as a different band width or diamond shape, can be made before production begins. If you dream of something completely new, our bespoke service lets you design a ring from scratch together with our designers.

What comes with my ring?

Your ring arrives beautifully presented in a BEUSÉA box, together with its IGI certificate. Every ring also includes a one-year warranty and one free resizing, so you can wear it with complete peace of mind.
