What Is a Diamond Upgrade?

At Beusea, we understand that an engagement ring holds deep emotional meaning — which is why we proudly offer a Lifetime Diamond Value Guarantee. Think of it as your personal “rainy day” reserve: a commitment to ensuring your Beusea-created diamond remains a lasting asset.

With our Diamond Upgrade Program, you may return your original certified Beusea diamond (0.30ct and above) at any time and receive full credit toward any new diamond jewelry valued at 50% or more than your original purchase.

Eligible Items

  • Certified Beusea-created diamonds (0.30ct and above), eitherloose or set in a Beusea engagement ring
  • Purchases made directly through Beusea.com or an official Beusea showroom
  • Diamonds must be in original condition with the original purchase receipt and certification

Non-Eligible Items

  • Custom-cut diamonds not in standard shapes (e.g., Round, Oval, Emerald, Pear, etc.) over 5ct
  • Damaged diamonds
  • Diamonds purchased through third-party retailers

How to Begin Your Upgrade

  1. Fill out the Upgrade Request Form on our website to initiate the process.
  2. Return your Beusea diamond for inspection. If it’s part of a ring, your original setting will be returned after verification (settings are non-refundable).
  3. Receive full credit for the diamond’s original purchase price, to be applied to new diamond jewelry of 50% greater value or more.
  4. If you’re selecting a new engagement ring, a new setting will be required, as all rings are custom-fit to each diamond.

Please Note:

  • This program is valid for the original purchaser only.
  • Credits do not apply to settings, taxes, duties, or shipping fees.
  • All new purchases using upgrade credit are final sale.
  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
  • Duties and taxes are calculated based on the full retail price of your new jewelry.
